Euro-ELSO 2018 Congress:  22.05. – 26. 05. 2018
Extracorporeal Life Support Organization (ELSO)

EuroELSO is the European branch of the Extracorporeal Life Support Organization (ELSO) established in Ann Arbor, MI, USA in 1989. Its objective is to join all the European health care professionals and scientists who are dedicated to the development and evaluation of novel therapies for support of failing organ systems with extracorporeal life support. EuroELSO also provides educational programs for active centers as well as for the broader medical and lay communities and provides support to institutions delivering extracorporeal life support through continuing education, sharing knowledge, updating on original research, publications.
The organizing and scientific committees would invite you to Prague Euro-ELSO 2018 Congress, the 7th European meeting focused on extracorporeal life support therapies.
The main congress will provide three core parallel educational tracks focused on adult, pediatric and perfusion/nursing topics related to extracorporeal therapies. Preconference in depth sessions will be comprised of an animal lab workshop to demonstrate how to set up an experimental protocol, neonatal and paediatric ECMO course from A to Z, and meet the expert interactive case based discussions.
With location and scientific forefront in mind, Prague, a city of rich culture and history located in the heart of Europe was chosen as the site to build bridges among professionals from around the world. A convenient venue is located 5 minutes from the city centre by public transport, translation services will be provided.

FEBS:  07.07. – 12. 07. 2018
FEBS 2018 – congress of Federation of European Biochemical Societies

The FEBS Congress is one of the largest bio-congresses in Europe, featuring approx. 2500 attendees, the Congress provides a platform for international scientific exchange and showcases the newest developments in biochemistry, molecular biology and related areas. The Congress comprises plenary lectures presented by outstanding scientists including Nobel Laureates, a range of subject-specific symposia to provide the latest updates in different areas of bioscience research, extensive poster communications, and a variety of interesting workshops and other activities on related topics.
The 2018 edition of the FEBS Congress sees Prague featured as the host city for an important large international gathering in the molecular life sciences for the fourth time! The very first occasion dates back to 1968, when the 5th FEBS Meeting was held just a few weeks before the Warsaw Pact invasion of Czechoslovakia that kept the country in isolation until 1989. Nonetheless, the second opportunity arose in 1988, with the 14th Congress of the International Union of Biochemistry held in Prague thanks to the efforts of the Czechoslovak Biochemical Society. The most recent experience goes back only 9 years, to 2009, when the 34th FEBS Congress entitled ’Life’s Molecular Interactions’ was held. The eloquence of this title was confirmed by more than 2000 participants from almost 70 different countries willing to share knowledge and eager to learn from their fellow scientists. It is thus more than obvious that the year 2018 has a very symbolic meaning for us. Not only do we celebrate exactly 50 years from the first encounter of FEBS and Prague in 1968 but we equally celebrate the 100th anniversary of establishment of independent Czechoslovakia.

ESMAC – European scientific society for clinical gait and movement analysis
24.09. – 29. 09. 2018

The 26th Annual Meeting of ESMAC will include lectures by invited speakers, oral presentations and poster sessions covering the entire spectrum of motion analysis. The purpose of ESMAC (the European Society of Movement Analysis for Adults and Children) is to stimulate and advance scientific knowledge, professional interaction and the exchange of ideas among Society members relating to movement analysis in adults and children in clinical and research settings. ESMAC is multidisciplinary by nature, mainly interacting clinical and bioengineering disciplines, and ranging from basic sciences to applied practices. It associates members from many backgrounds: orthopaedic surgeons, physiatrist, physiotherapists, human movement scientists, biomechanical and biomedical engineers as well as many others.

IGCC:  07.05. – 17. 05. 2019
The International Gastric Cancer Congress IGCC 2019

13 th International Gastric Cancer Congress for 3 000 delegates. Gastric Cancer continues to be a major health problem in Europe, in the Asian-Pacific Region, in America, Middle East and Africa.
